84 Lumber is in the second year of its three year strategic growth plan announced in April 2006 geared to making the company a $10 billion sales organization by the end of 2009.

For 2007, the company will open at least 30 new locations and 11 component manufacturing facilities in high growth markets in the South and Western regions of the country, including Florida, the Carolinas, Texas, Arizona, California, Oregon, and Utah.
