Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, has acquired the distribution assets of Sellmore Industries, a distributor of steep-slope roofing, siding and windows with locations in Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Buffalo, NY; and Hagerstown, MD.
ABC Supply CEO David Luck said Sellmore and ABC are a good cultural match.
As ABC Supply branches, the locations will continue to offer the products, brands and services customers had come to expect from Sellmore Industries, said ABC Supply’s vice president-northeast region Tom Kuchan.
Sellmore Industries’ vinyl window manufacturing operation in Buffalo was not part of the acquisition and will continue functioning as a separate entity. ABC Supply will sell and promote its products.
