Avionics International Supply, Inc., Denton, TX, has been acquired by Resilience Capital Partners, Cleveland, OH, a private equity firm focused on investing in niche-oriented manufacturing, distribution, consumer product and business services companies.

AIS is a wholesale distribution and repair services company, focused on the procurement and sales of new and used parts and supplies, tooling and test equipment along with many other supplementary services and programs to support aircraft repair facilities.

AIS will be part of Resilience’s API platform. “Adding AIS’s product offerings is another step toward our goal of creating the leading independently-owned parts distributor in the aerospace industry,” said Steven H. Rosen, co-CEO of Resilience.

Current aerospace portfolio company investments for Resilience include Flight Options, Sentient, Nextant and Aerospace Products.
