The acquisition of Hill Fastener adds manufacturing expertise to Tramec, according to a news release, and expands Tramec's reach in the industrial fastener market.

The Tramec LLC product portfolio services the heavy-duty tractor and trailer OEM and aftermarket businesses, as well as the industrial market.  The acquisitions supports Tramec's goal to diversify its manufacturing capabilities and customer base.
