Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp., a subsidiary of Kaman Corp. (NASDAQ-GS: KAMN) and No. 15 on MDM’s list of top industrial distributors, acquired Plains Bearing Corp., a full line bearing and power transmission distributor with one location in Lubbock, TX. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Founded in 1986, Plains Bearing primarily serves food processing, petrochemical and agriculture customers in west Texas. It will become a full service Kaman location.
