Pro-Build Holdings, Denver, CO, supplier of building materials to professional contractors, has purchased The Dunn Corporation, a Daytona Beach, FL-based distributor of lumber, millwork, building products and Overhead Door Company systems in Central and East Coast Florida.

Dunn Lumber employs more than 120 people and operates out of seven locations in the Central and Eastern Florida regions.

Pro-Build is a supplier of building materials to professional contractors. Pro-Build is currently operating more than 500 lumber and building product distribution, manufacturing and assembly centers throughout 40 states.
