Singer Equities Inc., Glen Burnie, MD, has acquired Cumberland Valve, headquartered in Bridgeton, NJ. The acquisition will help Singer to expand product lines and increase fabrication and testing services.
Cumberland Valve specializes in industrial and hydraulic hose fabrication, supporting customers in the greater Delaware Valley and southern New Jersey areas. The company will operate under its current name as a division of R/W Connection Inc., Roanoke, VA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singer.
