Updike Supply Co., Dayton, OH, has acquired H.D. Geisler Co., a distributor of metal stamping products and tooling components.
Dayton-based Geisler serves a wide variety of customers in Western and Central Ohio, Eastern Indiana and Northern Kentucky.
"With Updike’s expanded sales force we are targeting significant additional market coverage and sales growth in metal stamping products and tooling components,” said Steve Short, president and CEO of Updike.
