US LBM Holdings has acquired H&H Lumber Co., Superior, WI. H&H will become the seventh operating division of Lyman Lumber Co., Eau Claire, WI.
H&H is a supplier of building products to residential and commercial contractors in the Duluth/Superior marketplace. The company will retain the H&H name and the business strategy will remain the same.
H&H owner Tim Heytens will stay with the company until a new manager is hired.
