WinWholesale Inc., Dayton, OH, has acquired Carr Supply, Columbus, OH, and Carr Supply of Michigan. Carr Supply is a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning products.
The transaction created a new company that will keep the Carr Supply name and will operate as its own entity. The former owners have retained their positions and a substantial equity stake in the new partnership.
Carr Supply has 135 employees and 15 locations in Ohio and Michigan.
WinWholesale, No. 13 on MDM's list of top industrial distributors, now has nearly 550 locations in 45 states.
