Since the death of co-founder Ken Hendricks in December 2007, ABC Supply remained quiet on the acquisition and expansion front. But the distributor of exterior building products, including roofing materials, siding, windows and gutters, as well as the tools and equipment professional contractors need, started shaking things up again last spring by reorganizing its leadership and moving existing leaders into new roles. And in May 2010, a big announcement was made: ABC Supply – currently No. 3 on the market leaders list – agreed to acquire Bradco Supply – currently No. 6. The new company will eclipse No. 1 ProBuild Holdings by around 20 percent.
