Zilliant SalesMax Releases Update

The update was designed to help increase retention and capture more wallet share.

Zilliant, Austin, TX, has launched of a new version of SalesMax. Offered as software-as-a-service, the latest release of SalesMax extends Zilliant’s patent-pending Purchase Pattern Profiling technology with new capabilities to identify hidden opportunities across a company’s  entire customer and product portfolio, including:

·         Product relationship patterns that identify unmet customer needs that are likely being met by other suppliers.

·         Customer classification, which provides a 360-degree view of customer spend potential.

As a result of these new capabilities, early results show an average increase in the opportunity amount identified by more than 20 percent. It also enables companies to predict customer churn sooner and offers expanded customization options.
