Descartes Systems Group (TSX: DSG), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, reported sales for the fourth quarter ended Jan. 31, 2011, were $26.9 million, up 42 percent from the same period a year ago. Profit decreased 25.2 percent to $7.7 million.

For fiscal year 2011, sales were $99.2 million, up 34 percent over fiscal year 2010. Profit fell 19.6 percent to $11.5 million.
