Kramer Ltd., Saskatchewan’s exclusive Caterpillar Dealer, following its unprecedented growth over the past few years, selected and deployed TECSYS’ warehouse management system to improve efficiency and order accuracy and better respond to its clients’ needs.

Kramer’s challenges included the ability to process up to 500 orders per day, move from a traditional paper-based to automated/system-directed processes and track orders, parts and deliveries throughout their supply chain network. They also needed to improve labor efficiency and better manage resources to respond to their customers more quickly.
