Squeeze Mobility, Chicago, IL, has released The Happy Customer mobile app, empowering distributors’ customers to manage inventory and order products from anywhere, anytime.

With the app, distributors can ensure that their customers have the right products at the right times in the right quantities. When customers manage their inventories efficiently, rush and late orders will be reduced and customer satisfaction will improve.

“When customers check product information, prices, inventory, and place orders in a ‘self-service’ manner, sales reps can spend more time on cross-selling and up-selling and less time on administration. The company is planning to release an Android version in June.
