Affiliated Distributors Announces New President of U.S. Electrical, International Development

Ed Crawford to become new division president, effective May 5.

Affiliated Distributors, an industrial and construction products buying group, has announced that Ed Crawford will be the new president of U.S. electrical and international development, effective May 5.

Crawford joins Affiliated Distributors from Philips Lighting North America, where he held the position of senior vice president and general manager of professional lighting. He was also formerly president and CEO of Philips light sources and electronics for North America, responsible for all Philips lamp and ballast activities in Canada, Mexico and the U.S.

"We are excited to have him leading the next chapter of our U.S. electrical division," said Bill Weisberg, CEO of Affiliated Distributors. "In addition to running our U.S. electrical operations, Ed will be responsible for electrical business development in new markets around the globe."
