U.S. Welding & Safety Supply Co., Miami, FL, has joined Airgas USA's South region. Airgas has also added Rebel Welding & Industrial Supply, Inc., with operations in Vicksburg, MS, and Tallulah, LA, and Sadler Welding Products, LLC, with operations in Troy, AL, and Panama City, FL, to the region.
Rochester Welding Supply Corp., with operations in Rochester and Manchester, NY, joined Airgas USA's Northeast region.
Since the beginning of its fiscal year, Airgas has acquired 12 businesses with aggregate annual sales of $39 million.
