Distribution International Inc., Houston, TX, has completed the acquisition of Mid-Tex Distribution Company Inc. Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, Mid-Tex is a distributor of thermal and acoustical insulation products.
DI is a value-added distributor of insulation, related specialty fabricated products and safety supplies. The distributor serves industrial, commercial and marine customers from distribution centers in the U.S. as well as British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia in Canada.
Distribution International, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, also completed the acquisition of Insulation Services Inc. in August.
