ERIKS NV, a Netherlands-based industrial distributor, has acquired C&C Industries Inc. in Houston, TX, and CCTX Flow Products Inc. in Alberta, Canada.

C&C and CCTX are providers of valves for a variety of industrial applications. The companies are focused on upstream (drilling and exploration), midstream (gas gathering, compressor stations metering) and downstream (refineries and petrochemical plants) applications in the oil and gas markets of the U.S. and Canada.

The acquisition of C&C and CCTX positions ERIKS for stronger access to the North American oil and gas markets. It also expands the ERIKS sales and distribution network and supports a product category important to ERIKS’ global growth strategy.

Both C&C and CCTX will become a part of ERIKS North America.
