St. Louis, MO-based Graybar, a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and No. 4 on MDM’s list of the top 25 electrical distributors, reported sales of $1.45 billion in the third quarter of 2011, and profit of $32.5 million. Sales were up 16.7 percent from the third quarter of 2010.

Sales for the first nine months reached $4.01 billion, an increase of 18.8 percent compared with the same period last year. Profit for first three quarters of the year grew to $68 million.
