Industrial Distribution Group, Belmont, NC, has agreed to acquire Commercial Solutions Inc., Edmonton, Alberta, for C$51.4 million (US$51.9 million). Commercial is an independent Canadian distributor of bearings, power transmission equipment, oilfield, industrial and safety products.
