RG Group, York, PA, has acquired Allegheny Fluid Power, a full-service pneumatic and automation distributor based in Sewickley, PA. Terms were not disclosed.

The newly-acquired company serves customers in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Allegheny provides technical distribution services for GAST Manufacturing and will continue to operate from its Sewickley location.
