The company now operates as Graves Winlectric with the same employees serving electrical contractors in a 60-mile radius.
Scott Hudson, who was operations manager prior to the acquisition, was appointed company manager following the retirement of owner/president Bob Graves.
“Lloyd Graves Electric Supply has a great legacy of products and service that will be continued and even enhanced with WinWholesale’s strength and national distribution network. That’s good news for customers who are seeing a seamless transition to Graves Winlectric,” said Monte Salsman, WinWholesale COO.
Among Graves Winlectric manufacturers are Square D, Leviton, Hubbell, Klein, Cooper and Lithonia.
WinWholesale has more than 20 local supply houses in Texas, including Winlectric companies in Granbury, Midland and Odessa. They are among more than 500 WinWholesale locations in 44 states.
Collectively, WinWholesale is known as “The Win Group of Companies.” In the group are companies conducting business-to-business wholesale distribution of plumbing and heating supplies; hydronics; industrial pipe, valves and fittings; heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment; electrical equipment; industrial and commercial fastening hardware; waterworks and utility supplies; domestic, commercial and industrial pumps, and turf irrigation and landscape supplies.
