Charley Hale is CFO of FCX Performance, a distributor of process flow control products and related services to a diverse group of industrial end-users, resellers, municipal and institutional entities, OEMs and engineering firms. FCX, based in Columbus, OH, serves 30 states from 21 locations, with nearly $200 million in annual sales. Acquisitions have played and will continue to play a key role in FCX Performance’s growth.
Jason Kliewer, Director, Robert W. Baird & Co.
Jason Kliewer joined Baird in July 1998, and is a member of the distribution team within Baird's investment banking group. Jason has extensive M&A and capital markets experience working with distribution clients on both sides of the Atlantic. Jason was a founder member of Baird's M&A team in Europe and was based in Baird's London office for five years. Jason received an MBA from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and graduated with a BS degree in Finance, with highest honors, from the University of Florida.
David O. Hawkins, Investment Team Leader, CHS Capital
David Hawkins joined CHS as an Associate in 1995, was promoted to Vice President in 1997, Managing Director in 1999 and Partner in 2003. David currently serves on the CHS Management Committee. Before joining CHS, David was a Vice President with Heller Equity Capital Corporation where he was involved in organizing and managing private equity investments. Mr. Hawkins holds a BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University. David currently serves on the Board of Directors of TricorBraun Inc, Kele Holdings, Inc., Fortiline Holdings, LLC (fka. MSC Waterworks Holdings, LLC) and Woodstream Corporation.
