Digital platforms have shifted the power in the purchasing relationship to the customer. It's easier than ever to compare your prices and services with those of your competitors. As those in buying positions get younger, they're bringing a new set of expectations with them as to what the ideal customer experience should be, which is informing how organizations respond.
In this 60-minute webcast, sponsored by Insite Software, Jennie Stenback, vice president of marketing communication strategy and services for 3Wire, a distributor of OEM products for the foodservice and beverage industries, joins Karie Daudt, director of customer experience for Insite Software, to discuss why upgrading an e-commerce platform isn't just about the software and share the critical lessons learned during 3Wire's journey.
- Why keeping a customer focus is more important than any platform
- How to interpret customer behavior and demand to improve their experience throughout your organization
- Why it's critical to truly know your market and adopt a policy of continued competitive intelligence analysis to thrive in the new market
