E-commerce in distribution continues to grow, but the industry as a whole is still in the early adoption stage. As participation increases, so does the awareness that e-commerce can’t stand alone.
In this 60-minute webcast, Jonathan Bein, Real Results Marketing, shares the results from MDM's annual survey on e-commerce in distribution. Following that presentation, Bein and Karie Daudt, Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at Insite Software, discusses some of the key challenges distributors are facing with e-commerce.
This discussion includes:
- The differences between manufacturers and distributors with e-commerce
- How e-commerce is changing the face of your competition
- The importance of thinking about e-commerce as a part of a true multichannel strategy – and how to deliver that experience
