Bossard Sales Climb 18.5% in First Half 2010

First-half 2010 profit surpasses full-year 2009 results.

Fastening technology and logistics company Bossard, Zug, Switzerland, reported sales for the first half of 2010 increased 18.5% over the first half of 2009. In local currencies, sales increased 21.5%.

Sales during the first six months have already surpassed CHF 15.3 million (US$14.5 million) – the net profit for the entire 2009 business year. The increase is attributable to "noticeably higher demand," according to a press release from Bossard.
