The Industrial Supply Association first announced the launch of its new Emerging Leaders Channel Certification (ELCC) program this past April at its ISA23 Convention, and according to the group, the initiative’s enrollment has since been a major success.
ISA provided an update on July 13 stating that the ELCC program’s enrollment has “exceeded all expectations,” and reflects overwhelming interest from young, high-potential leaders within the MROP industry and member companies that value continuous development and growth.
The enrollment success has been so robust, in fact, that ISA said it has opened an additional certification course that is scheduled to start in mid-August to accommodate the influx of talent.
“This remarkable achievement underscores the vital importance of a certification program tailored to nurture and cultivate the next generation of leaders,” ISA said in a news release. “The Emerging Leaders Channel Certification program launched with the primary objective of addressing the industry’s growing need for skilled and forward-thinking professionals. The overwhelming response from member companies and young professionals eager to partake in this innovative program serves as a resounding testament to its relevance and impact on the industry.”
