The Manitowoc Company Inc. (NYSE: MTW), Manitowoc, WI, reported sales for 2015 of $3.4 billion, a decrease of 11.6 percent from the previous year. Profit decreased 56.1 percent to $63.5 million.
Sales for the fourth quarter were $934.8 million, a 9.9 percent decrease from the same period a year ago. Profit increased 30.4 percent to $43.8 million.
Fourth-quarter sales in the foodservice segment were up 4.7 percent, while crane segment sales were down 18.1 percent.
