Bob Baltimore is a managing director and co-chief executive officer at Harris Williams. During his 20-year history with our firm, Bob has advised hundreds of clients, helped build a successful industry practice, and served in a variety of leadership roles.

As co-chief executive officer, Bob is accountable for the strategic direction, life, and performance of the firm. Working in collaboration with all Harris Williams leaders, he helps ensure we deliver an exceptional experience for our people as well as unmatched expertise and execution capabilities for our clients.

Bob has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestures, capital raisings, and financings. He based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and B.A. in English from Boston College

Graham Gillam is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm’s Business Services Group and has extensive experience advising clients in the specialty distribution sector.

Graham has over eight years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic advisory assignments. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and BSc (Honors) in Business Administration from the University of Bath, England

Brian Lucas is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the firm’s Business Services Group. He has deep experience advising clients in the professional services, commercial and industrial services, and specialty distribution sectors.

Brian has over 20 years of experience at the firm, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and B.S. in Commerce with concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce
