Lincoln Electric Appoints President of International Welding Segment

Steven Hedlund promoted to lead European and Asia Pacific regions.

Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LECO), Cleveland, OH, has appointed Steven Hedlund to executive vice president and president of the international welding segment. Hedlund will lead the European (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia) and Asia Pacific regions’ day-to-day operations and oversee the implementation of all strategic, operational and commercial initiatives.

Hedlund most recently served as senior vice president and president of global automation. He joined the company in 2008 as vice president, strategy and business development, where he led strategic planning and acquisitions.
