Ohio Transmission Acquires 2 Companies

Distributor buys C & C Industrial Sales and Midway Industrial Supply.

Industrial equipment service provider and distributor Ohio Transmission Corp., Columbus, OH, has acquired C & C Industrial Sales LLC, Gallatin, TN, and Midway Industrial Supply, Minneapolis, MN. Terms were not disclosed.

C & C Industrial Sales, known as CCIS, specializes in spray finishing systems, installation, service and repair across the Southeastern U.S. Midway Industrial Supply also specializes in spray finishing systems, as well as sealant and adhesive application systems to industrial customers throughout the Upper and Central Midwest.

The companies will operate as divisions of OTP Industrial Solutions, which provides solutions for industrial motion control, fluid power, power transmission and pumping systems, and is No. 37 on MDM's 2016 list of the Top 40 Industrial Distributors.
