Industrial pipes, valves and fittings distributor Shale-Inland Holdings LLC, Houston, TX, has acquired New-Jersey-based Major Sourcing LLC, a valve automation, integrator and distributor, primarily focused on the power industry.

The company will continue to operate under its trade name, Major Inc. and will be a part of Shale-Inland’s valves & automation platform. Dave Kuhn, president of Major, will continue to lead the business.
