Denver, CO-based ProBuild Holdings, supplier of building materials to professional contractors, has purchased Columbus, OH-based Khempco Building Supply. Khempco is comprised of a lumberyard and truss facility in Delaware, OH, a truss plant in Dry Ridge, KY and a commercial door facility in Columbus, OH.

Kingston, NY-based Northeast Truss is a full-service manufacturer of truss and wall panels. The company has built a distribution network into the Hudson Valley, a market ProBuild currently serves from 10 locations.

The Jasper purchase follows closely on the heels of ProBuild's acquisition of HD Supply's Lumber and Building Material business, which operates as Williams Bros. Lumber in Atlanta.
 
Jasper Lumber comprises a lumber yard, truss and millwork manufacturing facility in Kennesaw and a lumber distribution business located in Cumming.

Fairbanks and Kenai, according to the Home Channel News.

Polar Supply specializes in products required to build and maintain roads, bridges and pipelines and adds to Spenard's commercial product offerings.
