Headquartered in Cleveland, OH, SoundCom has annual sales of roughly $40 million. It becomes part of AMETEK’s Electronic Instruments Group, which makes advanced analytical, monitoring, testing, calibrating and display instruments. The group has annual sales of $2.9 billion.
