Atlas Copco Agrees to Acquire Schneider Druckluft

Acquired business will become part of Atlas Copco's professional air division.

Atlas Copco, Stockholm, Sweden, has agreed to acquire Germany-based Schneider Druckluft GmbH. Terms were not disclosed.

Schneider Druckluft GmbH, with 110 employees and 2015 sales of €27 million (US$30.4 million), is a designer and producer of professional compressed air solutions.

The acquired business will become part of the professional air division within Atlas Copco’s compressor technique business area.
