Jergens Industrial, Cleveland, OH, has acquired B&G Supply, Akron, OH. B&G Supply is a distributor of cutting tools, precision tools, abrasives and fasteners and serves northeast Ohio.
“This acquisition allows us to expand geographically and get closer to our customers in the Akron/Canton area," said JIS General Manager Matt Schron.
JIS will open a new branch in the Akron/Canton area to hold inventory will better support consignment customers in that area.
