Actuant Corp.(NYSE: ATU), Milwaukee, WI, has appointed Jim Ferland as board chairman.
Ferland succeeds former board chairman Robert Peterson, who served on Actuant’s board of directors since 2003, became lead independent director in 2014 and was appointed chairman in 2016. Peterson decided not to stand for re-election at the end of his term, the company said.
