L&W Supply Corp., Chicago, recently announced it has promoted Curt Jenkins to the position of vice president for the company’s Central Region. Prior to his promotion, Jenkins, who has been in the building materials industry for 35 years, was L&W Supply’s district manager in Texas.
Jenkins, who has been with L&W Supply for 24 years, also served as branch manager for six different branches in Florida, eventually receiving a promotion to Florida district manager.
“Among the leaders at L&W Supply, Curt Jenkins is uniquely suited for this position,” said Dan Piché, president of L&W Supply. “Not only is he one of our most knowledgeable and experienced district managers, but he has an unparalleled grasp on the complexities of our branches in the Central Region. We’re very excited to see how Curt will continue to push L&W’s branch teams forward to deliver world-class service and operational excellence.
The Central Region of L&W Supply consists of several major markets for building material distribution, including Chicago, Nashville, and the state of Texas. In his new role, Jenkins will be responsible for leading the Central Region by expanding the branch footprint and optimizing its processes.
