Building materials distributor Huttig Building Products Inc. (NASDAQ: HBP), St. Louis, Missouri, reported sales for 2019 of $812 million, a 3.3% decrease from the previous year. The company reported a loss of $21.3 million, compared to a loss of $6.4 million the previous year.
Sales for the fourth quarter were $180.4 million, down 8.1% from the prior-year period. The company reported a loss of $9.4 million for the quarter, compared to a loss of $6.9 million the same period the previous year.
