C.H. Briggs Company, Reading, PA, distributor of interior and specialty building products in the U.S., has agreed to purchase assets of Dolan & Traynor Inc., Wayne, NJ, a wholesale distributor of premium surfacing materials, engineered plumbing specialties and commercial washroom accessories. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Corian Design will also grant C.H. Briggs expanded distribution rights for Corian Solid Surface and Corian Quartz in regions operated by Dolan & Traynor upon completion of the transaction.
