DXP Enterprises Sales Up 4.6% in 2017

Distributors fourth-quarter sales grow nearly 20 percent.

DXP Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE), Houston, TX, reported 2017 sales of $1 billion, a 4.6 percent increase compared to the prior year. The company reported profit of $16.5 million, compared to $7.2 million in 2016.

Fourth-quarter sales were $265.6 million, an increase of 19.5 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2016. Fourth-quarter profit was $6.7 million, down 7 percent compared to the prior-year period.
