Facility Solutions Group, a national energy-service company (ESCO), will acquire O.K. Electric Supply Co., Perth Amboy, NJ, a full-line electrical distributor focused on the energy retrofit market on the East Coast.
Through its Energy Solutions division, a fully functioning ESCO, the 87-year-old O.K. Electric Supply serves industrial and commercial customers in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan areas.

Electric’s president. “With the growing energy opportunities and a national reach, FSG now gives us the ability to concentrate on delivering quality projects across the U.S.’
Facility Solutions Group, founded in 1982, operates a stable of companies that includes American Light, an electrical distributor with an emphasis on lighting, and Design Electric, a full-service electrical contractor. FSG does business in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The acquisition of O.K. Electric establishes the company’s 22nd branch location. Bill Graham, CEO of Facility Solutions Group, said, ‘The acquisition of O.K. Electric Supply gives us an East Coast distribution center, which is great news for our customers.’
