Industry veteran Scott Shimel has joined the Tulsa, Oklahoma-based metalworking and MROP supplies distributor.
The distributor has acquired Cornerstone Supply in Florida and two Intermountain Machining Supply locations in Idaho and Montana.
The Tulsa company finalized deals with JJ Industries of Connecticut, Inc. and its affiliate, Jet Tool & Cutter.
The Oklahoma-based distributor of metalworking and mission critical industrial products says it acquired the Ohio-based supply company.
