It's FloWorks' seventh deal completed since it was privately acquired by Wynnchurch Capital in early 2023.
FloWorks acquired Slater Controls, a distributor of valve automation, instrumentation and relief valves with locations in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.
Backed by Clearlake Capital Group, FloWorks made an acquisition this past August.
