Wholesale technology distributor Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), Irvine, California, has completed the acquisition of Cyber Security Value Add Distributor Abbakan, France, follows the receipt of all necessary approvals from the French Authorities and the two companies fulfilling all closing conditions. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Management from both companies have started working together to offer superior services to customers and partners across France.
