Heritage Landscape Supply Group Inc., McKinney, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of SRS Distribution Inc., on Friday announced it has added another asset to its portfolio with the acquisition of Boise, Idaho-based Silver Creek Supply. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Silver Creek Supply is an independent distributor of irrigation, outdoor lighting, plumbing, fencing, hardscapes, and other landscape and outdoor living products.

Founded in 1974, Silver Creek operates a network of eight branches across Idaho and Wyoming, servicing professional contractors. General Manager John Slaughter and the company’s entire sales and operations team will stay on with the company and lead the business going forward. Heritage will continue to operate these locations under the Silver Creek Supply name.
