Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, has acquired the assets of Exterior Building Supply, Meridian, Idaho, a distributor of siding, gutters and other exterior building materials. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ABC Supply said the move increases its team of experienced associates and strengthens its presence in the greater Boise market.

This location will become ABC Supply’s third in the market. The company opened a new Boise branch last July.

“Over the past 20 years, the Exterior Building Supply team has built strong relationships with contractors in the greater Boise area,” said Matt Cooper, vice president of ABC Supply’s West Region. “We look forward to continuing to support their contractor customers while providing additional product offerings and services to help their businesses grow.”
