Hardlines distributor Orgill appointed Julie Albrecht as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Aug. 18.
Albrecht has over 35 years of experience in leadership and finance roles across several industries, including building products.
She most recently served as CFO of JELD-WEN, a publicly traded company in the building materials sector. Prior to that, she was CFO at Sonoco, a global packaging company, and spent more than 20 years earlier in her career in the aerospace and defense industry.

“As I got to know Julie during the interview process, what stood out even more than her technical acumen was her professionalism, collaborative spirit, enthusiasm and the strategic, forward-thinking mindset that she will bring to our team,” Orgill President and CEO Boyden Moore said in an Aug. 14 news release.
Albrecht joins Orgill as the company advances several initiatives aimed at expanding its presence in hardlines distribution.
