All Integrated Solutions, Franksville, WI, a portfolio company of High Road Capital, has acquired Great Lakes Fasteners Corp., Grand Rapids, MI. Terms were not disclosed.
Great Lakes distributes fasteners and industrial components as well as provides vendor-managed inventory programs to original equipment manufacturers.
